Casa Herencia Café de Familia

Our land, in every cup.

Grown on our land, cared for across generations.

Mountains covered in coffee plantations under a cloudy sky

Who we are

One family.
One land.
One heritage.

Casa Herencia grew out of a simple idea of what coffee should be: do it well, care for what we've been given, and leave something good for those who come next.

We are a family rooted in our land and in a tradition we want to preserve – and help grow. That's why every coffee that carries our name is more than a product: it stands for our commitment to the land, to our people and to the generations to come.

Our land

We care for the place where our coffee is born.

Our people

We value the people whose hands make every cup possible.

Our future

Building a legacy today for the generations to come.

From farm to cup

Some stories begin long before they reach a cup.

In our mountains, every coffee is born from the care of people who know the land, follow its rhythms and understand that quality can't be rushed.

Our story

A story we grow as a family

Casa Herencia grew out of a way of understanding coffee: with patience, honesty and respect for what we've inherited.

Because heritage isn't only what we receive. It's also what we choose to protect for those who come after us.

Our process

Behind every cup is a journey of care.

From selection at origin to roasting, every stage honors our land and brings out the best of its essence.

  1. 01

    Selection at origin

Only cherries at their optimal ripeness are picked, to ensure coffee of the highest quality.

  2. 02

    Processing and drying

The cherries are carefully processed and dried, while time and our mountain climate bring out their unique qualities.

  3. 03

    Roasting with purpose

We roast every bean with care, to bring out its character and carry all the richness of its origin into the cup.

Good coffee does not begin at the roaster.

It begins much earlier, in the way we care for the land
